AB Vickers yeasts

  • This strain is excellent for brewing a wide variety of Belgian ales including high gravity beers like Dubbel, Trippel and Quad.

    Its high ethanol tolerance gives excellent fermentation performance with typical Belgian style flavour contributions. This is a good choice for high alcohol specialty beers like Christmas ales.
