AB Vickers Product Overview
The AB Vickers range of processing aids provides the brewer with several options for improving process efficiency and enhancing beer quality:
abvZymes - a complete range of non-GMO, kosher, food grade enzymes will allow greater flexibility in the brewhouse and ensure consistency of processing
Compac - brewhouse finings present an excellent opportunity to remove wort proteins associated with poor beer filterability and colloidal instability
Foamsol / Foam Control - are specifically designed to minimise foaming in fermenter and increase retention of alpha-acid in the beer (thus allowing lower hop addition rates in kettle).
Yeastlife - fermentation nutrients are designed to correct the nutritional deficiencies in wort that can result from using increased adjunct levels. Yeastlife is proven to improve the consistency of fermentations and to improve diacetyl removal.
Vicfine - isinglass finings are an exceptionally efficient way of removing yeast and proteins from beer - the improvement in filtration performance can be huge resulting in reduced filter powder usage and disposal costs.
Vicant - is an antioxidant and anti-browning agent designed to enhance flavour and colloidal stability in beer.
Profoam - is a powder form of propylene glycol alginate produced by the esterification of alginic acid. It is designed to give a trouble-free method of enhancing and protecting beer foam.
